Order Approval & Proofs
We require customer approval of digital proofs before production. Once approved, no changes or cancellations are possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully, including spelling, layout, images, and color expectations.
Color & Print Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, slight color variations may occur due to print and material limitations. Such variations are not considered defects.
Returns & Reprints
If your order does not match the approved specifications or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Our resolution process may include reprinting the affected order. Refunds are not offered due to the custom nature of our products.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Prices are listed in [currency, e.g., CAD/USD]. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Sales Tax Policy
All orders placed with www.Raizpackaging.com are subject to applicable sales tax. Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time the order is placed in order for such exemption to be honored
